AGB’s new service for achieving high performance
As a board professional, you may want to inform your president and board chair about a new service for boards that are ready to go beyond the basics of responsible trusteeship.
AGB has developed a service for trustees and institutions that are functioning well, but wish to take their college, university, or system to a higher level of performance. Each of the institutions we are working with defines “the next level” uniquely in terms of their history and aspirations, but all seek to make their institutions financially stronger, to enjoy greater appeal in the market for students and resources, and to offer an especially vital, effective academic program.
As part of this service, AGB offers boards and institutions an objective analysis of their current level of performance and assistance in orchestrating a comprehensive strategy for moving forward, using one or more AGB-trained consultants who will work with the institution. Institutional and board leaders who participate in this high performance enterprise also will have the opportunity to network with others who share high aspirations for themselves and their institutions.
If you would like to explore this option, please contact Patti Kunkle, director, AGB Board Education and Consulting Service or Terry MacTaggart, AGB senior fellow and lead consultant for this service.
